Learn Garage Band
Open Garage Band, click on the eyeball to select the instruments
Select an instrument like drums, play the tracks till you find one you like, drag it to a track of it's own.
Click reset and choose a different instrument.
Continue till you have ~5 instruments
Create a 30-60 second song
